My3DPad specializes in 3D printed home accessories, décor, lighting, desk organizers, and functional everyday products. All items are designed and printed locally in Kuwait using high-quality PLA and PETG materials.
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track your orders, view your order history, and enjoy a faster checkout experience on future visits
We accept KNET, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay — all processed securely through MyFatoorah. My3DPad does not store any payment card information.
Currently, we deliver within Kuwait only. Gulf-region shipping will be available in a future phase. Stay tuned!
Standard orders are printed and prepared within 1–3 business days, then shipped within 2–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take 3–7 business days depending on complexity.
Standard items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect. For full details, visit our General Policies page.
Yes! We accept custom 3D printing requests. You can contact us via WhatsApp or email with your design idea or file, and we'll provide a quote and timeline. Note that custom orders require full payment upfront and are non-refundable once production begins.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also log into your account and check your order status under "Order History".
