Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using My3DPad

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order through My3DPad (store.my3dpad.com), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the My3DPad platform. My3DPad reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the store following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. About My3DPad

My3DPad is a Kuwaiti-based 3D printing business specializing in home accessories, décor, lighting, organizers, and functional printed products. All products are designed and printed locally in Kuwait using PLA and PETG materials on professional-grade 3D printing equipment.

Legal entity: Layers Wholesale and Retail Trade Co. — operating under the laws of the State of Kuwait.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display product descriptions, dimensions, colors, and images as accurately as possible. However, due to the nature of 3D printing and screen color variations:

Slight color variations may occur between the displayed image and the final printed product
Minor dimensional tolerances (±1–2mm) are inherent to the 3D printing process and are not considered defects
Layer lines visible on printed surfaces are a normal characteristic of FDM 3D printing, not a manufacturing flaw
My3DPad reserves the right to substitute materials of equivalent quality if the specified material is unavailable

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices on My3DPad are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and are inclusive of applicable fees. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of order placement is the final price for that order.

My3DPad reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time — in such cases, you will be notified before the order is processed
Promotional prices apply only during the stated promotional period
Coupon codes and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

5. Orders & Production

All orders placed on My3DPad are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance — orders are accepted once they enter production
Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days
Custom and made-to-order items require 3–7 business days depending on complexity
Orders cannot be modified once production has begun
My3DPad is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control

6. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of order placement. We accept the following payment methods via MyFatoorah, our certified payment gateway:

KNET (Kuwait debit network)
Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards
Apple Pay

My3DPad does not store, process, or have access to your card details. All payment data is handled securely by MyFatoorah in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Failed or declined payments will result in automatic order cancellation.

7. Shipping & Delivery

My3DPad currently delivers within Kuwait only. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Flat-rate shipping fee applies to orders below 7.000 KWD — free shipping above this threshold
My3DPad is not liable for delays caused by the delivery courier once the order has been dispatched
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the courier
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping fees apply

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our General Policies page for full details on returns, refunds, and order cancellations. In summary:

Standard items: returnable within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition
Custom/personalized items: non-returnable unless a confirmed manufacturing defect exists
Cancellations: accepted only before production begins
Refunds: processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method

9. Warranty

My3DPad products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 7 days from the date of delivery. This warranty covers structural failures and defects resulting from the printing process under normal use conditions.

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, dropping, exposure to extreme heat, or improper handling
Normal wear and tear
Cosmetic issues such as minor surface variations or color differences within acceptable tolerances
Products that have been modified, repainted, or altered after delivery

To make a warranty claim, contact us at contact@my3dpad.com with your order number and photos of the defect within the warranty period.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, product models, logos, images, and content on My3DPad are the intellectual property of My3DPad / Layers Wholesale and Retail Trade Co. and are protected under applicable Kuwaiti and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or distribute any My3DPad designs or content without prior written permission
Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the buyer
My3DPad does not accept orders to reproduce designs that infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My3DPad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

My3DPad is not responsible for any damage to property or injury resulting from misuse of products outside their intended purpose.

12. User Accounts

When you create an account on My3DPad, you are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

My3DPad reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from the use of My3DPad or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kuwait.

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues amicably before pursuing formal legal action.
