Warranty Policy

We stand behind every product we print — quality you can count on

Coverage Period

My3DPad warranty covers all 3D-printed products manufactured by our workshop for one full year (12 months) from the date of delivery, covering printing defects and color inconsistencies resulting from a production fault.

Exclusion: The warranty does not cover non-printed components accompanying the product, such as electrical elements, bulbs, wiring, threads, ropes, or any externally sourced material.

Layer separation or delamination
Color deviation from agreed specifications
Dimensional inaccuracies due to our error
Broken or missing parts upon delivery

Physical damage from misuse, drops, or force
Heat exposure — PLA softens above 60°C
Color fading from prolonged direct sunlight
Water or moisture damage
Normal wear and tear over time
Customer modifications or painting

Return & Refund Rights

Full Refund or Return

Per Kuwait Ministry of Commerce and Industry regulations, the customer may return the product or request a full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original manufactured condition or contains a proven manufacturing defect.

After 14 Days

After the 14-day period and within the annual warranty, the only available remedy is reprinting. No monetary refund will be issued after this period.

Document the Issue

Take clear photos or a short video showing the defect within the warranty period.

Resolution

Your claim will be reviewed within 2 business days and resolved per warranty terms.

Custom Orders: Custom products are covered for structural defects only. Design choices selected by the customer (colors, text, shapes) are non-refundable once printed.
Legal Framework: This warranty is governed by Kuwaiti law and Ministry of Commerce and Industry regulations. My3DPad reserves the right to assess each case independently.
