Shipping Fees
Free shipping on all orders above 7.000 KWD
Flat-rate shipping fee applies to orders below 7.000 KWD
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Important Notes
All products are printed on demand — delivery timelines begin after your item is printed and quality-checked
My3DPad is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery courier once the order has been dispatched
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping fees apply
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the Order History section.
