Shipping Policy
Delivery Area
We currently deliver within Kuwait only. Gulf-region shipping will be available in a future phase.
Processing Time
Orders are printed and prepared within 1–3 business days, then shipped within 2–5 business days.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free delivery on all orders above 7.000 KWD. A standard shipping fee applies below this threshold.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy works as follows:
Eligible Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. Contact us first to initiate the process.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-designed, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they have a confirmed manufacturing defect covered under our warranty.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days via the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

All transactions are processed securely. My3DPad does not store any payment card information.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before printing begins for a full refund. Once the item enters production, cancellation is no longer possible. To cancel, contact us immediately at contact@my3dpad.com or WhatsApp +965 98003907.
